These transfers can be used on almost any hard, smooth, non-porous surface, like glass, metal (stainless steel, aluminum), ceramics (mugs, tiles), plastics (acrylic, phone cases), sealed wood, and even car surfaces creating durable, vibrant decals perfect for drink ware and promo items, decor and outdoor use.

There is now an option to buy our UV DTF Transfers by itself and or on our 16oz acrylic cups (includes straw & lid) OR 15oz ceramic mugs. Our UV DTF Transfers fits our 16oz acrylic cups, and 15oz ceramic mugs perfectly. For other surfaces/items you may have to cut up the transfer and apply it that way.

Our UV DTF Transfers measures 9.4inch x 4.3inch (length (left side to right side) x width).

16 oz Acrylic Cups measures 6.20inch x 2.95inch (length (tall-bottom to top) x width).

15oz Ceramic Mugs measures 4.72inch x 3.3inch (length (tall-bottom to top) x width).

Acrylic Cups and Ceramic Mugs are BPA FREE.

Note that UV DTF Transfers are sticker like, designs are created and printed with UV curable inks onto a special film laminating it. When using our UV DTF Transfers please remember although it is water resistant it should be handwash only.

Step-by-Step Application:

Prepare the Surface:
Clean the hard surface (glass, metal, wood) with rubbing alcohol and a lint-free cloth to remove dust, oil, and residue, then let it dry completely.

Position the Transfer:
Carefully peel the clear transfer film from the paper backing, keeping the design flat. Align the design on your surface, but don't press it down yet.

Burnish (Press):
Start from the center or one edge, applying firm, even pressure with a squeegee or soft cloth to push out air and secure the adhesive.

For curves, use a flexible squeegee and gentle heat to help it conform.

This is a permanent bond, so get it right the first time!

Peel the Film:
Slowly peel the clear top film back at a low angle (close to the surface). If any part of the design lifts, press it back down and re-burnish before continuing.

Final Burnish:
Once the clear film is removed, burnish the design one last time to ensure maximum adhesion.
