Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase.

Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days.

Made to Order Items: READ CAREFULLY

Expected delivery will differ from what is projected at checkout for made to order items.

*Please note made to order items will take 5-7 business days for processing from order date then 3-4 business days for standard shipping.

Bulk/ Event Items: READ CAREFULLY

Expected delivery will differ from what is projected at checkout for bulk/event items.

Please ensure when ordering that the product is not needed for at least 4 weeks after purchase to avoid any delay.

Please ensure that when selecting a product that you read the product details in its entirety avoiding delay in processing time.

*Please note bulk/event items will take 4-6 weeks from order date for processing then 3-4 business days for standard shipping.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide correct address information. If a package is returned because of incorrect or insufficient address, there will be a $8 re-shipping fee.

Multiple orders placed back-to-back to the same address will be consolidated into 1 package if possible.
