Return and Refund Policy: U.S & International
There are NO RETURNS or REFUNDS. We offer store credit instead.
To receive store credit, you can contact us at limitlesscreationsbytl@yahoo.com.
We have a 3-day store credit policy, which means you have 3 days after delivery is confirmed to request store credit if the item is defective and or damaged.
To be eligible for store credit, your item must be reported to us within the 3- day time frame via email with proof (picture of item).
If your request is accepted, we’ll send you information on how to access your credit once approved. Please note that store credit can take up to 24 hours of receipt of approval.

Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds/Replacements
There will not be refunds or replacements. EXCEPTION: In the case where you received the incorrect item, a replacement will be sent with the correct item. Please note it will have to be vendor error. The item on the packing slip is what we are going send off so please review. In the case where an item is defective/damaged please follow 3-day store credit policy.
In both cases please remember to send proof (picture of item).
